Can I return products within 7 days?
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations in Taiwan, food and beverage items are not eligible for the standard 7-day return period. This applies to all perishable or time-sensitive products sold by Castle Manor.
Returns or exchanges are only available if the item itself is defective.
