To make sure every experience at our Manor is smooth and worry-free, our little gardener gently reminds you to record a simple unboxing video with your phone or camera.
If there is anything unusual with the packaging or the product, the video will help us understand the situation faster and protect your rights with extra care 🤍

可以取消訂單嗎？Can I cancel my order?

訂單成立後系統即會自動排入備貨流程，因此不保證可取消訂單。
如需取消，請於 下單後 2 小時內 透過 城堡莊園 LINE@ 或 撥打客服電話 聯繫小園丁協助處理✨

若訂單已進入出貨流程（如揀貨、包裝或物流收件），將無法取消，敬請見諒🙏
若為已付款訂單，我們將協助後續退款作業，並可能酌收已產生之金流手續費、物流費等相關費用。

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our preparation process, so we cannot guarantee that cancellations will always be possible. If you would like to cancel, please contact our Castle Garden Helper through LINE@ or call our customer service within 2 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you. ✨

If the order has already entered the shipping process (such as picking, packing, or being collected by the courier), cancellation will no longer be available. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏

For paid orders, we can help arrange a refund, but please note that any payment processing or shipping fees already incurred may be deducted.

並將開箱過程透過 城堡莊園LINE@ 或 客服信箱 service@evergrandtw.com 傳送影片與照片給小園丁，
我們會第一時間協助確認與處理，
讓每一次的莊園體驗都能溫柔而安心 🤍

If you notice any damage or unusual condition while filming your unboxing, please stop using the product. Send the video and photos of the unboxing process to us through Castle Garden LINE@ or our customer service email service@evergrandtw.com. 
We will check everything for you right away and help you solve the issue as soon as possible ✨ so every experience at the castle can feel safe and gentle 🤍
